Boubala.com is a website operated by Boubala.com LLC. Our bilingual (EN/FR) internet and sales team operate out of Montreal - Canada. We cater to Canadian and Australian parents. We're here to help you find the best baby, toddler and children products and apparel at the best prices possible. We do that by buying in bulk and passing on our volume discounts to the end user. In some cases we also ship your orders directly from our trusted manufacturers to avoid double shipping and processing. We work hard to save you money. All our prices are in $CAD which is almost at par with the $AUD. See more "Here".

Boubala.com accepts payments from all the main credit cards companies using our SSL secured Payment Processor. All transactions are secured and encrypted as such, credit card information is never stored.

We also accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Boubala.com products are listed in CAD ($). Which is almost at par with the AUD ($).

For Canada Orders:

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders above $100. Use Discount Code: SHIPFREE

For orders below $100 a flat rate fee of $4.99 CAD applies per order. There are no shipping fees for additional items in the same order but there is a minimal $2.50 CAD per additional item to cover processing, packaging and handling of each additional item.

For Australia Orders:

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders above $100. Use Discount Code: SHIPFREE

The shipping time varies from one location to the other and depends on the item. You may receive several packages for an order containing several items.

We keep you informed via email of processing and shipping progress, including tracking numbers in most cases. It is important to enter a valid email address at checkout as this is our only method of communication with our customers.

Note: Below delays are worst case scenarios. In most cases items will arrive before stated time frames. Also, Days refer to Business Days.

CANADA: 10-25 Days

AUSTRALIA: 10-28 Days

UNITED KINGDOM: 10-30 Days

Other countries: 15-39 Days

Processing times (before actual shipping) can take between 1 to 4 days

Shipping time during North American and Asian holidays may take a little longer.

TOTAL SHIPPING TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME

A few minutes after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the details of your order. Please look through it thoroughly and advise us immediately if you notice an error on product, quantity or shipping address. If we do not hear from you within 3 hours after having placed your order then all it's details will be deemed 100% accurate.

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to a wrong shipping address we will be able to send it back to you once it is returned to sender. However, shipping fees will apply for this second shipment. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number (if applicable) for each of the items you ordered. You may receive multiple emails if you ordered more than one product.

As a general rule, if you provided the correct shipping address at checkout and the item is not received within 60 calendar days (and can be confirmed via tracking number as “undelivered”) then a refund is issued, hassle free.

We care a lot about repeat business, we will happily assist you in every step of the return process should the need occur to keep you entirely satisfied.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you receive we will offer you a zero hassle store credit for the full amount once you return the item.

Return shipping is paid for by the buyer.

Here is how it works:

1.    Receive your item

2.    Try it (without removing any tags)

3.    If you love it then great! Otherwise go to step 4

4.    Send us an email within 7 days of receipt telling us you would like to return the item

5.    We will email you an authorization number and a return address

6.    Once we receive the item we will email you a discount code equivalent to the price paid (We will waive any restocking fees ).

7.    Use your discount code when checking out with your new item.

8.    Repeat as needed until you find exactly what you love!

 

Refund requests received within 1 to 12 hours of placing the order for items that have not yet been shipped will be subject to a $5 processing, handling and restocking fee. Alternatively, the buyer may, at their discretion, opt to receive a store credit for the full amount.
